Required sponsor documentation has been forwarded to and credit requested from MCLE states with general requirements for all lawyers. We have requested a total of 6 CLE hours from all MCLE states. Lawyers seeking credit in Pennsylvania must pay fees of $1.50 per credit hour directly to the PA CLE Board. The seminar sponsor, Presentation Dynamics Inc., pays applicable fees in other states where the sponsor is required to do so, and in states where a late fee may become applicable. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of 'CLE'; therefore, certain programs may not receive credit in some states. For information on approved credit hours for your state, please contact Presentation Dynamics Inc. (541-512-2508) starting at least two to three weeks prior to the program date.

The Computer Forensics Network is both pleased and honored to announce that Robert Edwards is serving as our Law Enforcement Liaison and Seminar Consultant. Mr. Edwards began his law enforcement career in 1970 as a military police officer. He retired from the Oakland, California Police Department in 1992 as a Detective Sergeant in the Gang Unit. In 1996, he went to Bosnia as a member of the International Police Task Force and served as Chief of Investigations for the Mostar Region. Mr. Edwards holds graduate degrees in Public Administration and Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1981, is now a Training Officer for the Nevada Law Enforcement Academy, and will this Spring become an Associate Professor of Criminal Investigation at the State University of New York - Canton College of Technology.
